EMK is committed to ensuring that customers receive exactly what they expect. Each Emk product undergoes comprehensive testing to ensure quality and reliability. In case of any production defects or shortcomings, customers will be eligible for a hassle-free replacement. However, exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the order.

If a customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, EMK accepts returns without questions, If the product gets expired or damaged during transit. However If the product is opened or the customer has a change of mind, the return or refund will not be accepted. the product is received and inspected to ensure it meets these criteria, EMK will dispatch the customer's desired exchange product of equal or higher value. Please note that only complete orders are eligible for exchange, not individual parts. 

Please allow 10-12 working days for the entire exchange process to be completed. EMK  is dedicated to delivering a seamless customer experience.

Cancellation Policy

At EMK, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and straightforward. If we suspect any fraudulent or malicious activity associated with an order, we reserve the right to put it on hold or cancel it, without any liability on our part. We may also cancel orders if there are inaccuracies in product pricing or if items are out of stock. Sometimes, we might need more information before accepting an order.

If we cancel your order or part of it, we will promptly contact you. Any amount charged for a canceled order will be refunded to your account. Please note that promotional codes used for canceled orders may not be refunded.

You can cancel your order within 2 working days of placing it. Once your order is shipped, we cannot cancel it because it's out of our control.
